Work closely with each restaurant to manage inventory and order food items

Daily approve and check PO missing (Food and Beverage items). Follow up PO and goods with restaurant.

Submit the new code and learn about how to collect full information.

Assist with irregular tasks/items to order

Sourcing new suppliers for Fresh Food and Beverage items - check their price and quality

Work with the restaurant teams and other departments to understand the items in demand

Expected to be organized and document all work

Expected to respond to emails, required communication tools and complete all tasks in a timely manner

Learn how to negotiate and review the contract with the Supplier Fresh Food and Beverage

Students majoring in Economics, Supply chain, Food Technology Bachelor or related fields

Basic knowledge about Supply Chain is a plus

F&B oriented, food lover is a plus

Good communication skills

English is a plus

Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner
