Research and apply international standard frameworks for pedagogy (ADDIE educational design process; Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework for designing quality standards for the curriculum, including: instructor quality, learning materials, services, processes, etc. at SAPP Academy;
Develop and implement audit programs to identify and control potential risks that could impact training quality and service quality;
Identify issues through control processes and collaborate with relevant departments to thoroughly resolve these issues;
Establish quality reports based on data analysis of students, instructors, and exam results, thereby providing risk warnings and recommendations to optimize the operation of functional departments during collaboration.

Knowledge Requirements:
Basic knowledge in Finance - Investment, Economics, Accounting - Auditing;
Understanding of international certifications such as ACCA/CFA/CMA;
Knowledge of the education industry, educational products, and trends in the education market.
Skills Requirements:
Logical and creative thinking, ability to express thoughts and ideas in various forms;
Skills in data synthesis, cause analysis, impact assessment, and improvement proposal;
Self-learning ability, deep research in professional knowledge, maintaining intrinsic motivation for continuous learning;
Teamwork skills, personal planning, ability to proactively learn and communicate in work;
English skills (especially listening, reading, and writing);
Critical thinking skills;
Communication skills with relevant departments and emotional management skills.

Fixed 13th-month salary + bonus depending on the company's business performance;
