Support the Sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, reports, and other sales-related documents while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to process inquiries, bookings, events, and follow-up activities, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems, ensuring all information is accurate, organized, and properly documented.
Assist in organizing sales appointments, site inspections, client meetings, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
Monitor sales correspondence through email and telephone, respond to inquiries professionally, and relay information to the appropriate team members.
Prepare regular sales reports, track business opportunities, and support the Sales Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company information and assets.
Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments to support business objectives and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Sales Manager or department leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Sales, Administration, or Hospitality is an advantage.
Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
