JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Treasury Management
- Monitor and prepare cash flow plans, and coordinate funding sources to ensure liquidity and optimize capital utilization for the system's business operations.
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts in line with financial and business plans.
2. Banking Relationship Management
- Represent the company in negotiating with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, interest rates, loan terms, and disbursement conditions.
- Coordinate and monitor the disbursement process to ensure timely execution in line with the approved financial plan.
- Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other credit institutions.
3. Payment Control
- Review the validity and completeness of supporting documents, payroll, accounts payable, and other payment requests.
- Submit payment requests for approval and directly execute payment and fund disbursement transactions.
- Ensure all payments comply with internal policies, approval procedures, and financial controls.
4. Document Management & Compliance
- Review and control the validity, appropriateness, and completeness of contracts, minutes, e-invoices, and other financial documents.
- Work closely with external accounting service providers to reconcile financial data, complete accounting documentation, and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Ensure periodic tax reporting, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), etc., complies with applicable regulations.
