WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Design and deliver training programs and materials focusing on product
features, functions, competitive advantages, and effective sales
techniques for O-Tech's partners.
• Conduct regular training sessions (both on-site and online) for retail sales
staff, covering product updates, sales skills, and customer service
standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify training needs and ensure
alignment with overall sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including manuals,
presentations, videos, and interactive learning materials.
• Inspire and motivate retail staff to strengthen product knowledge,
enthusiasm, and confidence in sales.
• Prepare and submit regular training reports, highlighting outcomes,
insights, and recommendations for improvement.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Passionate about technology and eager to explore tech products.
• Bachelor's degree or College degree in a related field (or final-year students available for full-time work).
• 3+ years in a similar role; able to independently plan and execute product training programs with partners.
• Good command of English or Chinese (written and verbal).
• Proactive, fast learner, and highly adaptable.
• Strong communication skills with a confident and responsible working attitude.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in extracurricular activities, student organizations, or social/community work.
• Willing to take on challenges and able to work under pressure.
