Responsibilities:
- Providing end-user technical support and training to staff in the KPMG Ha Noi office
- Deployment machines, support end user daily for troubleshooting all issues: MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SPO, OneDrive for Business), Windows 10, fix common Internet issues, replace machines,...
Requirements:
- Final year students or fresh gradudate
- Proficient with Windows 10 and MS Office 365 products
- A team player who is proactive and who has a service oriented mindset
- To be willing to work as part of a team, doing what it takes to get jobs done
- Fair English Communication
