About the role

As the Accounting Intern at KKday Vietnam, you will be responsible for:

• Support receiving and checking input invoices from suppliers for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping;
• Support reviewing invoice requests from customers compared to revenue reports and prepare information for output VAT invoice issuing
• Support in posting accounting entries into local accounting software
• Support in arranging and storing records, documents and accounting data
• Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Commit working for 6 months
• Work on-site full time or at least 30 hours/week at KKday Hanoi Office

Your benefits include:

• Allowance: 26,000VND/hour (Gross)

We would love to hear from you if:

• You are final year students (Major in Accountancy) or fresh graduate students with a strong academic knowledge in Accounting. Finance & Banking, Audit
• You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) & Google sheets
• You willing to learn and responsible for work
• You have good command of English
• You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• You have strong organisational, time management skills and effective communication skills
